Where does Carisbrooke Property Group find investment property?We source both on and off market deals. This includes the major online portals, agent deals which have not hit the market yet as well as off market deals if they meet client requirements.

Why do you charge for on market deals?We are selling our service of identifying suitable property to meet your criteria and managing the purchase process, supported by over fifteen years of experience of buying, selling and managing properties. We have our team of advisers at each stage of the process ready to work with you to help ensure a smooth transaction.

Who are your services aimed at?Carisbrooke Property Group offers to find investment property tailored to client requirements in the East London - West Essex area. We work with all sorts of clients from busy professionals to keen overseas investors. We find we can offer the most value to time poor (i.e. busy!) clients who would like to build their portfolio, but just do not have the time to source property or local area knowledge to know where to invest and where to avoid.
